Clinical Research Unit

The Clinical Research Unit (CRU) at the IHV supports clinical trials for complex infectious diseases. The research unit focuses on treating and preventing viral diseases, such as hepatitis B, hepatitis C and HIV, and emerging viruses like SARS-CoV-2, but also completes research on healthy volunteers. The CRU conducts industry-sponsored research studies, as well as investigator-initiated studies.
